Welcome to Luau Academy. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

1. Your Account

  • You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure.
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account.
  • One person or entity may not maintain multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the platform for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes.
  • Upload malware, viruses, or content that infringes the rights of others.
  • Attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the platform or its data.
  • Scrape or harvest data from the platform for commercial use without permission.

3. Your Content

You retain ownership of the scripts and content you create. By publishing them on Luau Academy, you grant us a limited license to host and display them as part of operating the service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to the content you publish.

4. Subscriptions

Paid tiers (Premium, VIP, Elite) are provided as described at the time of purchase. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing or features with reasonable notice; existing subscriptions continue under the terms in effect when they were purchased.

5. Disclaimers

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Educational content is provided for learning purposes and should not be relied upon as professional advice.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Luau Academy is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including ownership and disclaimers) remain in effect.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
