The Terrain Editor

A hidden superpower inside Studio. Worth mastering completely.

Open View โ†’ Terrain Editor. Six core tools:

  • Generate โ€” procedural biome generation with sliders
  • Region โ€” bulk fill/replace/clear a Region3
  • Add / Subtract โ€” freehand sculpt brushes
  • Grow / Erode โ€” expand or wear down surfaces organically
  • Flatten โ€” level terrain to a target height
  • Paint โ€” change surface material without changing shape

Keep Voxel Grid at 4-stud resolution for the best balance of detail and performance. Lower = more detail but slower.
